So I lost weight...0.2 lbs. It is better than gaining, but I'm struggling. I did awesome on working out 6 days in a row last week. However, I did not work out at all this week. I planned to go Monday before work and then got busy doing laundry. No problem I thought, "I'll just work out after my 11am-9pm shift." Yeah...right. I clocked out at 2am! No working out for me! I could barely drive home! Then Tuesday I got a double whammy of the cold I was just getting over. I felt well enough to attempt working out Thursday morning, but convinced myself not to start back up to Monday so that I could give my body some rest to recover.
I'm already into the second half of the one challenge and I haven't even lost 10 lbs during it yet! I have to start pushing myself harder. I have a $100 to spend on a swimsuit that expires in June and I refuse to buy a swimsuit for my current size! I WILL be getting and fitting into a smaller size swimsuit!
