Here's the scoop for this week! I'm still losing! YAY! I'm almost under 200 pounds! WooHOO!!!! Doing a "gonna-be-skinny" dance! I've got to start being more serious though! I've been slacking on water and exercise. For some reason I've just been so tired with the long shifts at the hospital. However, tomorrow I'm going to Zumba and then I'm making myself work out every morning! What do you guys do for fitness and how do you get your water in for the day?
