I have to share this recipe! No, it's not the healthiest out there, but you have to reward yourself every once in a while... right? A fourth of this recipe is around 330 calories. It's so easy and really tasty!

1 cup flour
1 cup milk (I should have used skim milk to decrease calories!)
6 eggs (I think next time I'll try 4 or 5 eggs, it tasted slightly more eggy than I was expecting.)
1/4 tsp salt

Blend the above together and pour into a greased 9x13 pan. Pour 1/2 stick melted butter over mixture; do not mix in butter. Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Pour syrup over and enjoy!
